Peace Be Still

Trusting God with all I do
And all my thoughts
concerning you

the most is spoken...

It brings to mind.. about the little donkey that was tied up and bound .. thinking it's life had no purpose.. Jesus sent word that is the one He wanted to ride.. that Palm Sunday ... Propchey fufilled.. Your time is coming ..

The Coming King
9 “ Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!
Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem!
Behold, your King is coming to you;

Lowly and riding on a donkey,
A colt, the foal of a donkey.


Matthew 21

The Triumphal Entry
1 Now when they drew near Jerusalem, and came to Bethphage,[a] at the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples, 2 saying to them, “Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Loose them and bring them to Me. 3 And if anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord has need of them,’ and immediately he will send them.”

4 All this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, sayingJesus found a young donkey and sat upon it, as it is written,

“Do not be afraid, O Daughter of Zion;

see, your king is coming,

seated on a donkey’s colt.”



Note: If you feel tied up and bound in life.. Know that God has a plan for you .. That is why Jesus was sent .. to free us from Bondage... Keep your eye focused on Him ... this was preached in a message in 1999 and I never forgot.. it .. it is a message of Hope... deliverance.. and A Promise that will come.. just keep your eyes on Him...

Note:2-21-09 Written after reading a friends.. journal about the stillness of the early morning in her house.. when everyone else is asleep.. of her secret cries out to God.. for His understanding and help ..

Note to self: God always comes to the rescue.. He is the Victory .. It is not in our time.. or in our way.. but He always shows up.. either way.. He is there in the midst of your storm .. in the midst of your pain.. He could be sunshine or He could be rain.. either way.. Continue to sing His Praise.. He is your Victory .. I share this with you... As I continue to remind myself.. His will is on the way .. These things have come to pass not to stay .. LisaMe!

Victory is won

My Victory is won
The battle is overcome..
Because He is...
I have nothing to do
But to continue to Stand ..
Praying as God possess the land ..
Remembering, the Battle is His..
I will trust and obey as long as I live...
Remembering the covenant, that was promised for me ..
At three words satan has to flee..
Knowing he has to get behind me...
Gives me courage and Joy for the day ..
Knowing my Savior .. has made a way.. Amen!

Note to self: I found this jewel last night.. I wrote it on 10-6-08 in response to a friend .. It applies for today .. I am Working on continuing to hear God and do what He says .. trying to keep my focus on His will not my wants.. Amen! My friends continue to be an inspiration!
