Sitting at the Garden Gate

I am
Learning
Truly To Love

And
Not to Hate

We must be honest
And

Not
Hesitate

 Getting a closer view
Learning
God's purpose
For Me and You

Seeing deeper
Into
The Journey of Life

His Path
Is Narrow
And
His Path
Is Straight

Many
Will Not 

Make
 It through
The Garden Gate

We must
Do our part
To Help
Others learn
And
Understand

The
Love of God
 Inside of

Me and You

It's God's
Commandment
To
"Love one another"

It is What
We
Must do

He did not
Ask
But
Commanded it of us

To
Share
His Love
With compassion and kindness

God Is Faithful

And

 God Is True

God sent His Son
For
All who will
Believe

We must help
All
Who seek
His Truth

Honesty
Has to Start
With Me and You

When they see
Our hearts
And know
Our Love
To know
It comes From the Father above
They will want to receive
His Love

All doubt will be removed
Mercy and Grace
Will have their way

Salvation
Will be their reward

Obedience
Will be their
Key
Freedom from Sin

Jesus Christ
Will set them free

Then we can move
Forward
Through
The Garden Gate

The Narrow Way
Matthew 7 :13-14 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Seek Truth
John 14:6
Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

The Gatekeeper
John 10:1-3
“Very truly I tell you Pharisees, anyone who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

Note to self: Written in prayer to my husband ... We are learning and going through ...learning how to totally  give up our lives as we surrender totally to God ... Raising grandchildren .. being judged by others for our convictions .. we are doing what we feel Jesus would have us to do .. There is no other way to be.. than to lay down our own lives.. No matter the cost.. the hurt or the loss ... We love the Lord and will Honor and serve Him... Amen!
