The Ride of Life

Sometimes Life is like

A Roller Coaster

Speeding in a direction

So unknown

With it’s sharp curves and turns

But then there are times

It is like

A Merry Go Round

Going round and round

Moving fast

With its ups and it’s downs

Sometime I want off

This Ride called life

Knowing

There are spiritual things

Getting on board with us

On this Ride of life

That want to abide

Things we do not always see

but cannot hide

We must hold on Firm

Standing Strong in our Stride

Through the Valleys

With their ups and their downs

Mountains of problems

Can come tumbling down

We want them removed

Only

Feeling to weak to try

We sit with our hands folded and cry

But we must learn to command

Talking full control

To get them out of our way
This is no child's play

These are things that are meant

To leave not to stay

Prayer is the answer

To solve all of our Problems

In this ride called life

As we experience the Valleys

We learn

How to handle the curves

That we are thrown

So when we are blown

Through the trials of life

Note: 12/12/2010 Day 32~ Fruitful Heart ~ What an awesome heart for today ... I feel and see dead branches all around me affecting the fruit on my tree.. I pray, Lord help me to be a love to the dead things on those trees.. Be the Life in me .. Lord prune what needs to be pruned so that I can be free to serve you with my whole heart.. which is a heart of service to you .. Clean away the branches.. that are affecting my tree .. from growing into all that you would have me to be .. Help me to produce only good fruit for you ..I love you .. your daughter .. LisaMe!

1 John 4

Knowing God Through Love

Seeing God Through Love

12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world. 15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. The Consummation of Love

Obedience by Faith

And judge others

I did not need a crowd

Went up to God
I did not have to go to heaven
To search and find Him
He sent His Son down to meet my sin
I felt Him hold me in His arms
He let me know there is no harm

To rest and wait for Him instead

I had my time with God today
I would have it no other way
All my life I will Trust and Obey

The enemy of my soul ..
tries to rob me of my time with God..
by hounding me.. about missing Church..
I love Church
and love to have coorporate prayer and praise..
but there are days..
when I need to find God on my own ..
When I just need to spend time alone ..
We all need these days..

It is scary to know
some people can not find God..
on their own..
but only when others are around ..
I pray others can find
What I found ..
It is a peaceful sound ..
of God... saying..
My good and faithful servant ..
child of mine..
you are not alone..
you have met with me today at my throne ..
I love God and will sever Him..
all of my days..
